Refund policy

 

To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment, please email us at dirtyapronindia@gmail.com

1. All merchandise purchased at full price must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the package.
2. The merchandise must be unworn, in saleable condition with tags attached.
3. The merchandise must not be altered.
4. To exchange merchandise, the process of returns must be followed.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact us at dirtyapronindia@gmail.com with the following information. We will be in touch with you in 1-2 business days.

2. Delivery address
3. Specify the reason for return.

We will then email you or contact you with next steps.

1. Within India, the cost shipping for an order above INR 500 is free. All taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
2. We will try our best to ship your order within the same day if placed before 12:00pm IST. All other orders will be shipped the next day.
3. We will send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
